Hi friends!!!

It's Tuesday and I have my top Pinterest picks for this week!!

Summer is in full swing and I have some really great summer inspired picks!! I've been pinning a lot of great party ideas for our son JJ's 2nd birthday this Saturday. I love using the secret boards on Pinterest for party planning and room designing. They come in really very handy, especially if your compiling a bunch of pins relating to a specific event, item or topic; that way your not blowing up your followers feed with a bunch of pins at one time! It's also great to keep things a surprise! You can always make the boards "un-secret" after your event or when you are ready to share!! I'm loving these picks! I hope you love them too!!

Very "Pinteresting" Tuesday {new weekly feature}

Whewww!! Is it hot out there today!!

 

Seems like just a few short months ago it was freezing out and now it is

 

the complete opposite!!

 

I'm happy to be in doors for the moment to share a new feature with you!

 

My very "Pintersting" Tuesday feature! Every Tuesday I will feature some

 

of my favorite pins with sources!! If you haven't checked out my Pinterest

 

boards you can find them here! Those that know me know that I am a

 

complete Pinterest freak!! I have over 65K pins!!! Crazy right??

 

So lately I've been pinning tons of summer inspirations as well as ideas

 

for my master bedroom and patio.... Here are a few of my favorites so far!

Ok seriously who wouldn't love a watermelon cupcake right now or a

 

nice soothingly cold spritzer?? And it's always a good idea to have a

 

great DIY bubble soap recipe on hand!!

 

I am in the midst of choosing a paint color finally for my sons new dresser,

 

and I'm thinking of going with a nice deep blue....

 

And of course just when I paint my master bedroom do I come across

 

a to die for Schumacher Chenonceau charcoal wallpaper used as the

 

facal point on a bedroom wall!! It's always the case!!

 

That's when Pinterest is good and bad... I'm constantly changing my mind!

 

I use Pinterest for keeping track of pretty much everything! It's a great tool

 

for keeping track of all the things you love and or want to do or see!!

 

I swear by it!!

Thursday Tip {the perfect ring cleaner}

Happy almost Friday friends!!

 

Not sure about you but keeping my wedding rings up to par isn't easy,

 

especially when I'm in craft or in painting mode! I found some excellent tips

 

here for keeping your jewelry clean using house hold ingredients you most

 

likely already have in you home! I tried this today and the only other time

 

my rings have been cleaner is when I take them to my jeweler and have

 

them air cleaned!! So give it a try and let me know how it goes!!

 

 

Easy right?? This is my new go to ring cleaner for sure!!

 

 

Pinterest {A Love Hate Relationship}

Happy Saturday all!!

If you know anything about me you know that I adore Pinterest. I first discovered it when I was putting together my daughters new bedroom. I had one board and simply used it as a tool for items I needed to purchase and color schemes.... It quickly turned into an obsession! I have a board for everything and anything you can think of. I use it now to collect everything and anything I adore, need to have, must do or want to concur!  This is where the problem lies. I think there comes a point where there's just too much information and I get side tracked as to what exactly I want to do next! My DIY board for example has over 1,000 pins! There were so many things I had every intention of getting to that just didn't happen because I found something else that I insisted I needed to do... Which lead me to create yet another DIY board that became a MUST DO board and now I have over 300 pins on that board! Lets not even get into my style boards and recipe boards..... There just SOoooo many amazing, lovely, yummy, gorgeous, creative, adorable things and I want to do them all!!!! I've thought about deleting my account and starting over, but honestly I don't think I could survive. Pinterest is my me time and sometimes it just relaxes me and makes me happy to know that I have a collection of images that I can look at whenever I want all in one place.... I guess it's safe to say that this relationship is truly love and here to stay!!
